- If you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice of your arrival date, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Please note that your arrival date starts at 12:00 AM. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
- A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, holiday, special events. Rates/policies are subject to change without notice.

- A guest smoking in a non-smoking room will incur a fee of $200.00.
- Registered Canines cost $20.00 per dog per day UP TO 3 days, restrictions may apply for longer stay or please contact office if more than 3 days, in Canine Friendly rooms. Non-registered pets will incur a charge of $200.00 per pet.
- All damage/theft charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. These could be but are not limited to: linens/bedding, mattress and box springs, carpet/upholstery stains, holes in walls, all furnishings, appliance damage, or miscellaneous deep cleaning to return the room to its previous state upon arrival.
